We invite you to a conscious movement workshop with a teacher from Netherlands Monika Körschner in Warsaw.

Libido Fundamentals - A journey towards authentic being

Libido is more than sexuality. It is our life force — the source of creativity, vitality, presence and aliveness.
During this immersive weekend workshop we explore the movement of this creative life force through Open Floor conscious dance, embodied practices, reflection and group inquiry. Together we create a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where curiosity, mindfulness and compassion allow us to reconnect with ourselves and our capacity to feel fully alive.
Our creative life force is an essential part of the body's natural expression and movement. From our first breath to our last, libido is woven through every stage of life. It can be experienced as joy, tenderness, playfulness, desire, creativity, deep presence or profound stillness. When this energy is welcomed and expressed authentically, it becomes a powerful resource for healing, connection and transformation.

ABOUT LIBIDO
Through movement we explore how our relationship with sexuality and intimacy has been shaped by personal history, culture and social conditioning, and how greater awareness can open the way to freedom, wholeness and embodied expression.
By bringing awareness to parts of ourselves that are often overlooked or unconsciously expressed, we create space for greater freedom, authenticity and the unfolding of our full potential.
Alongside dance, the workshop includes guided exercises, moments of sharing and practical teachings to help integrate the experience into everyday life. THERE IS NO EXPLICIT SEXUAL CONTENT OR SEXUAL EXERCISES.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Open to all adults with previous experience in conscious dance (such as Open Floor, 5Rhythms, Movement Medicine), regardless of gender, sexual orientation or relationship style. We welcome people of all backgrounds and co-create an inclusive, respectful and supportive space where every experience is honored.
This workshop is for those who wish to:
• deepen their connection with their life force and creativity;
• explore sexuality in an embodied and healthy way;
• better understand attraction, attachment and relational patterns;
• cultivate more authenticity, intimacy and fulfillment in life and relationships.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Monika Körschner is an accredited 5Rhythms, Open Floor and Libido teacher, trained in the Wheel of Consent, she has been teaching conscious dance in the Netherlands and internationally for more than 20 years, specializing in embodied sexuality. Her work is known for creating a warm, non-judgmental and deeply supportive space where people feel safe to explore, move with whatever is present, and meet themselves and others with openness, playfulness and compassion.

WORKSHOP FEE

(deposit of 60euro/ 250zł to book)
150zł - Open Class only (free for workshop participants)
Friday class is required for all workshop participants.
