WELCOME to…
3 days to nourish your sensuality, self-awareness and embodied sense of alignment, through dance, movement and practices around Betty Martin’s ‘Wheel of Consent.

You are invited to reopen and awaken your senses and emotional sensors, in togetherness with a group of heartful conscious dancers, held by the wilderness and wisdom of nature.

We will integrate and embody the core values of Betty Martin’s ‘Wheel of Consent’, as a simple and profound way to bring more vibrancy and sensitivity to your body. We will explore how to attune more to yourself and to the world around you. To taste the interactive dance between you and your environment: the impact, the breathability of desires, the limits and boundaries, that will be organically experienced and touched through our time together.

What feels pleasurable, and what doesn’t? How do I move towards what I want and away what I don’t want. How does my body tells me what my needs are, my desires, my longings? Where are my limits and what am I willing or not willing to give?

You will learn to notice which signals your body gives, to trust and value those signals and to express them. We will distinguish between the ‘doing’ aspect and the ‘gift’ aspect. Who is doing? For who is it a gift? The essence of this work will support you to make new choices throughout your life based on self-awareness and self-determination.
